A public claim must come from a released record, a versioned published source, or an explicit limitation. Missing approval, verification, coverage, or provider evidence is never rendered as positive truth.
System release status
The machine-readable endpoint reports ready only when environment identity, exact Git SHA, runtime, schema, release horizon, service matrix, and provider modes satisfy the release contract. Otherwise it returns a bounded blocked state.
